Delivery
Shipping Arrangement
1. Free shipping service is available if the total bill is over $600 (except for free
shipping products)
2. If the total bill is less than $600 (except for free shipping products), additional
shipping fee of is required
3. Each order is limited to only one delivery address, and additional shipping costs
are required for remote areas.
4. The definition of remote areas can be referred to SF Express.
Delivery Methods
1. The company will contact customer to arrange delivery after purchase.
2. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may require a longer delivery time.
3. You will receive the company's call or WhatsApp notification of the actual delivery time.
4. If there are frozen goods in your order, we will automatically arrange frozen
transportation for the delivery.
5. If temporarily cancelled or no one receives the goods, you need to arrange
delivery again, and the delivery cost will be borne by the customer. The Shipping Fee only covers the first successful delivery. If in case the order is returned to Super Gourmet, and a second delivery is expected, customers are required to be responsible for the shipping cost of the second delivery.
Exchange and Return Arrangement
1. The exchange proposed due to quality problems must be returned in person in our shop within seven days after the process.
2. If customers reject to show the original invoice, no exchange will be accepted
3. All products that have been opened, used or damaged, will not accept for
exchange or return
4. Super Gourmet reserves the right of final decision.
